Since 2006, I have helped buyers and sellers navigate Silicon Valley’s fast-paced real estate market with clarity, strategy, and care. My role is to help clients understand their options, protect their leverage, and move forward with a plan that supports what they are trying to achieve next.

As co-founder of the Iniguez & Tavares Team, I bring a thoughtful, concierge-level approach to every client relationship. Whether I am advising a first-time buyer, helping a family sell a beloved home, or guiding a seasoned investor through a complex decision, my focus is always the same: listen closely, communicate clearly, and deliver steady guidance from start to finish.

I hold the GRI designation, a distinction earned by a small percentage of Realtors® through advanced training in legal, regulatory, technology, and ethical standards. Combined with strong negotiation skills, strategic marketing, and a trusted network of local professionals, this allows me to help clients make informed decisions in a competitive and constantly changing market.

I have called Saratoga home for more than 24 years, giving me a personal understanding of the neighborhoods, schools, lifestyle, and community decisions that shape real estate across Silicon Valley.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and my French Bulldog, Rolo.
