Her background was uniquely suited to Real Estate with previous positions as a Mortgage Processor, Underwriter, and 13 years working for a large mutual fund company. As Vice President, her duties focused on marketing and project management. The breadth of her experience combined with her dedication to continuing education in the field of real estate has made her a tremendous resource to her clients.April Tavares is also a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) which is the foremost Professional Real Estate Designation nationwide. Less than 6% of all Realtors in the state of California hold the GRI designation and it is only earned after successfully completing an in-depth educational curriculum covering a wide spectrum of real estate related topics.April puts her clients first and builds strong relationships with her thoughtful and reassuring nature.
