When you partner with the right realtor, navigating through the home buying process can be seamless. However, it is vital to make certain you are asking questions and really understand the process, because in the end, it is your name on the title and loan. We want you to be well equipped to manage all aspects of home ownership.

Check your home warranty and keep it in effect because it may be covered.”
“What Does (Insert Unfamiliar Item Here) Mean?
You will receive a report that will likely be 30-60+ pages long and it will detail a list of all the home inspector’s findings often accompanied by pictures which provides additional detail. Upon review, be certain to ask for additional clarification on any items that you do not understand by specifically questioning what the comment means or how something works.
